However, I wish to highlight the little shops nearby that collectively made up the Causeway Bay wet market way before the main building was built. There is a small spice and dried goods store in Jupiter Street that I hope would never close down as they sell the best variety of rice and beans; the green grocer on the Main Street from whom my mom buys her vegetables from even before I was born, and the beautiful and cheap bouquets from the florist (the green grocer's sister) next door. This is how Hong Kong should be, and I always watch with apprehension as I see the area being redeveloped. Please don't take my 'hood away from me!

Cute little restaurant that you can't miss :) Once you are inside, you will realized the a/c is not strong enough, which got me a little worried cause they are selling raw food. $90hkd for a bowl with two protein options, not including any sides. I was hoping their style could be more like California where you can pick any sides for free and at least have 10 sides for you to choose from. I like the flavor that they've created, especially avo-mayo. I think the Mayo actually helps breakdown the tenderness of the fish, so it's not as chewy as the other favor tunas. And sadly, they only have one type of flavor for salmon :( Overall this bowl got me full and didn't get me sick good flavor, clean, decent price. 4 stars
