With the broth, you get chilled mochi balls, a delicious sweet red bean paste and a dollop of minced ginger. The hot dessert was steamed mochi balls with sweet red bean paste. Accompanied with matcha powder and hot water. You add the water and liquid sugar to your powder to your liking, however I love it without the liquid sugar. All in it's natural form. Delicious! ALL MATCHAS MADE IN HEAVEN! Both desserts would very delicious, simple and definitely combinations we could make at home. But when you're out and about, it's nice to be able to stop in and have a light and refreshing dessert. And this is the perfect place!
