Tweaked it a bit and asked for the tom yum broth and egg noodles instead. There's an up charge for the broth but not the noodles swap. Excellent idea! The broth was nice and thick and not runny as how it is served in most Thai restaurants in California. Too bad I didn't think I would find this restaurant on here so I didn't take any photos. Also ordered the coconut jello for $48 HKG (- $6 USD) for dessert and it was good. It was nice and firm with a delicious coconut flavor and some coconut slices. Definitely order from here again on my next stop and take some photos.

I've always found the food on the salty side, requiring quite a bit of white rice to wash it down. Plus, it's not the cleanest place in the world even by Hong Kong street food standard. Returning about 25 minutes later, they said it was almost ready and we got our take out right at about 30 minutes. The sushi came with 4 sets of chop sticks, plenty of soy sauce packets, wasabi and little bowls for the sauce/wasabi for each person, which is a nice touch. The sushi was tasty and fresh, experts always say the rice is more important for good sushi than the fish, but this sushi seemed to have great fish and great rice!
