Per my gf who used to live in the area, this ice skating rink has been here for decades! She was so…read moresurprised it was still here after so many years. The rink is located inside the mall and it was very reasonable. I don't remember the actual price but I think it was around $10 USD per person which included Ice skate rentals. The rink itself is pretty good sized and the ice was very fresh and easy to skate on. The skates I got was a bit small though even though they measured my feet right beforehand. The staff was super super nice and I had such a great time but mostly I was happy to see my gf have such a great time and so much nostalgia being back at this rink.

Prices are cheap. $20 HKD admission with an additional $1.60 HKD per minute; includes skate rental but you can bring your own if you're a local. $80 HKD seal for 30 mins. Averages out to $14.50 USD whereas any free skate time is typically $20 USD with an additional cost for the skate rental. A few figure skaters here and there. Mostly locals from what I could tell; couples and families with small children. Nice place to go if the weather is hot! (Seriously...how do they keep it from melting when it's hot out?!)

They allow rentals of little seal sliders that kids can sit on while you push or for kids to hold onto for more stability while skating. Teachers were good and we could see improvement by the kids through the week.

What should have been a joyful family outing turned into one of the most upsetting experiences I've…read morehad at an ice rink. My son was skating with my wife when she stepped away to the restroom. In that moment, he fell hard on the ice, crying and unable to stand. When he finally managed to make his way off the rink, I walked toward him to help only to be stopped by staff. I wasn't trying to enter the ice, just to meet him at the benches. Yet the staff insisted I would have to pay simply to comfort my injured child. Watching my son cry while being denied the chance to help him was infuriating. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. Other visitors have described the staff here as rude, unprofessional, and shockingly uncompassionate. People report being scolded for minor things like checking their phone, treated harshly even when following the rules, and made to feel unwelcome in what should be a family-friendly environment. The rink itself may be fine for beginners, but the atmosphere is consistently spoiled by staff who seem more interested in enforcing rigid policies than ensuring safety or enjoyment. For a venue that markets itself as "world-class," the reality is far from it. The lack of empathy, the hostility toward customers, and the refusal to show basic care in moments of distress make this place feel not just unfriendly, but borderline negligent. Families deserve better. Until management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking a safe, welcoming, or professional skating experience.

The time is unlimited with the occasional break in between for ice resurfacing. I went on a Monday and there was only one other person. The ice is decent for a mall rink. On the weekends I think it would be more crowded but weekdays are slow. I think this definitely beats the festival mall rink on overall busyness and ice quality.
