The rink itself is pretty good sized and the ice was very fresh and easy to skate on. The skates I got was a bit small though even though they measured my feet right beforehand. In that moment, he fell hard on the ice, crying and unable to stand. When he finally managed to make his way off the rink, I walked toward him to help only to be stopped by staff. I wasn't trying to enter the ice, just to meet him at the benches. Yet the staff insisted I would have to pay simply to comfort my injured child. Watching my son cry while being denied the chance to help him was infuriating. Sadly, this wasn't an isolated incident. Other visitors have described the staff here as rude, unprofessional, and shockingly uncompassionate. People report being scolded for minor things like checking their phone, treated harshly even when following the rules, and made to feel unwelcome in what should be a family-friendly environment. The rink itself may be fine for beginners, but the atmosphere is consistently spoiled by staff who seem more interested in enforcing rigid policies than ensuring safety or enjoyment. For a venue that markets itself as "world-class," the reality is far from it. The lack of empathy, the hostility toward customers, and the refusal to show basic care in moments of distress make this place feel not just unfriendly, but borderline negligent. Families deserve better. Until management addresses these issues, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking a safe, welcoming, or professional skating experience.
