In search of the best pasteis de nata (dàn tà) This brand is quite well established in my personal ranking (the best remains the ones at KFC)
The preparation is made according the Japanese style (Hokkaido if im not mistaken) not too sweet, very creamy and soft, and the pastry in not too dry
But you'd better be quick, they have a very small oven and can't cook too much at one time. And when queuing you have to pray that the guy in front of you won't order a whole box, so you don't have to wait for the next set...
Well at least you know they're always "freshly" brought out from the oven ! read more
