I love the rose iced latte with soy and less sweet. I'd say they were pretty consistent. 5/6 times they made it just as I asked. The only bummer is that for iced drinks, they only carry one size which is the small. And that only includes on shot of espresso. If you are used to larger drinks like me, you'll want to add an extra shot! My girlfriend liked their frozen matcha drink, which I thought was way too sweet. We also tried their very berry smoothie which was meh. Although, they say there is no dairy in the smoothie mix, there totally is. We both are somewhat lactose intolerant and could feel the dairy immediately after drinking it. Prices are reasonable compared to what we are used to in the states. Plus side, they don't charge extra for soy! Service was good and prompt. They offer free Wi-Fi but with a 30 minute max.

The offered and advertised their smoothies and iced teas more aggressively than the Starbucks I am used to however. Most of their "coffee" offerings were in the Frappuccino category. The interior is very spacious, which is unusual for the area and the staff didn't rush us out after we ordered and lingered inside enjoying our coffee choices. The quality of my iced cappuccino is on par and up to usual Starbucks standards and they offered a case of snacks, meals, and goodies that rivaled any Starbucks I have been inside before. I don't recall seeing quiche and cheesecake at the North America locations. So I got a blueberry cheese cake and salmon asparagus quiche. I had a good laugh with my mom from the Starbucks guy afterward from his English accent. I also ordered the Carmel macchiato. The quiche and cheesecake was really good. The cheesecake flavour is not as strong as the North America kind of cheesecake but I guess they make it to HK local taste. The caramel macchiato was not full to the top and also the espresso flavour is not as strong as the North American one. It tasted a bit like coffee with caramel. But again I think it's tailored to HK local taste. Decor is clean and nice. It does have the North America Starbucks look to it. Also unlike other HK restaurants, they don't charge extra if you want cold drinks instead of hot or for an extra cup or even hot water for someone else who just want hot water. You pay only what you order and I like it that way.

The space was a little tight due to it being in a mall, but there were still enough spots for the patrons. The service was super fast, I got my drink within minutes. I ordered the coffee old fashioned. The coffee was smooth and blended so well into the cocktail. This was my first time having alcohol at Starbucks and I wish it was a standard!

We came across this spot by accident while searching for a cup of joe early morning, and oh my, the deliciously foamed & silky latte did really hit the spot. The staff is friendly & pleasant , and the cutely setup space itself deserves a mention. Definitely a keeper on my coffee book, and I will return before leaving town for another coffee fix!
