For sauce, we paid for the make-you-own-sauce station and I made a mixture with garlic, XO sauce, and soy sauce. You can't go wrong with adding whatever you like into a sauce! For meats and veggies, we tried several types of beef, mutton, fish balls, fish, beancurd, and Chinese veggies. You can order whatever you want on their tablet. We also got the all-you-can-drink tea option with their delicious lemon tea. The waitress was extremely attentive and even gave us a free fried man tou dessert that came with condensed milk for dipping. The mantous had a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior.
