I've been here several times before, and I have to tell you that service is not that great…read more I think the best thing in that establishment is that no one needs to come take your order. You just use the iPad they provide and select the food you want. Just remember which food you get because they may miss some, and remember, you're paying for each plate. Here's a story for service. One time, my aunt and I had asked for our jug of water to be filled. No one came. Asked another two times until someone finally picked up the jug. Cool. We waited for our jug, but it was never to be seen. No one came back with it. The people sitting next to us asked for the jug of water. No one came back with it. We had to ask again, and someone finally brought it back. Yay. Guess how long this took? A good 30 minutes of waiting, and finding a person to ask. Awesome. I expected all-you-can-eat service to be poor, but I didn't expect this place, where you have to pay for each plate you order, to be just as bad. As for food. It's mediocre. Why? Some sushi plates were pretty good. They came out quickly too. What made me feel more sour about it were several plates. We had ordered some hot dishes, but you know what came out? Warm to almost cold dishes. My tea was hotter than the hot food we ordered. That says something. Some dishes we ordered were udon with chicken katsu (fried chicken), and shrimp tempura (fried battered shrimp). These dishes were just warm. Oh. The chicken katsu was dry too. Good crunchy and tasteful outside, but the inside was just dry and tasteless. Remember when I said service was poor? I assume they forgot about these plate and never took it out for a good 10 minutes that we waited for it. It was a pretty darn long time... enough for it to cool down! Oh. The wasabi here is not that spicy. I think I can handle my fair share of spice, and for the wasabi here... I can literally eat some without anything to compliment it. It has a teeny tiny kick, but it's so mild. So. Very. Mild. This place is just... a little less than okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

I can't say this place is as amazing as their name says. It may not be the most delicious place…read moreyou'll eat, but it's still pretty good in my opinion. For your information, they do not have an English menu. I do suggest you to learn some Chinese characters or bring someone who can understand or read Chinese. The location is a little sketch, but it's not too dangerous looking. Also, the restaurant is a little cramped, so I don't suggest a huge party with a lot of baggage. I had ordered the 一鳴拉麵 for 68 HKD. Which comes with half salted soft-boiled egg, 3 slices of char siu, seaweed, and noodles. They had the option of (direct translation) straight noodles or cooked noodles. Cooked noodles is the regular noodles you'd get from any ramen place. Straight noodles mean thinner noodles. I opted for the straight noodles because I had no idea what it was until I got my order. You also have the option of adding green onions or making the noodles spicy. Unfortunately, I had forgotten the rest of what the order paper had, but this is the gist of it. I also ordered gyoza. It was just like any gyoza. Nothing special. Service: Teenage. Why did I write teenage? Because it was very obvious the waiters there were teenagers. You can see them being in a rush or slapping down items on the table. You could barely hear a person speak to you when explaining the menu, and they were very on top of trying to get the finished food off your table. You knew they weren't as experienced as a waiter, but they were trying to be considerate. Kudos for trying. Overall, it's all right. I don't mind coming back again.
