However, there is a small parking lot in the back that if you are a customer, you can park at. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Jordan was my cashier and seamlessly handled my three transactions. She was also extremely personable. Chase does not seem to have a strong presence in the Alabama market. Jordan, the girl at the counter, did tell me that they are expanding, especially around this area. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was at first a member of Washington Mutual and when Chase purchased them I gave them a chance and it has been a very positive experience. Not only at my branch in my hometown, but since I travel a lot for work, I do try other branches and I have never had a negative experience. All In all, this was an extremely positive experience and I will give this particular branch five stars.

I was a long-time member of this credit union. I moved out of state but keep my savings account…read morewith APCO. I moved back 3 years later to take care of my mother dying of cancer. I try to go in to get my direct deposit information. My account was declared abandon by the bank because I didn't change my address and my statement was returned to the sender. So the bank doesn't call me to try and fix this issue they just start charging my savings account 3 dollars a month until they have stolen all my money and quietly close my account without so much as a phone call. Let think how this policy would work if grandma died and the family didn't know about that account. Free money for the bank forget our member's family.

She is very friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond for anyone in need. I wish I could make the statement about the company as a whole but it wouldn't be true. She has personally helped me when I was pulled over and didn't know how to access my insurance policy. I panicked and called the office and she was able to email me proof of insurance. She is a valuable asset to the company and I hope they realize what an awesome person they have holding that place together!!! Amy Gardner's team was very helpful until a couple of years ago, however, the service quality has seriously regressed in recent days. I had a minor car accident dating back 3 months ago. It was not my fault, so one of their service representatives initiated a claim, and that was it. I was left alone from that point and there was no way to get help from any of them in the long claim process against the other driver's insurance company. Apparently, they cannot provide you with extensive assistance because their office does not have sufficient manpower to do so. I just spoke the Amy Gardner herself this afternoon for about 25 minutes, and this is what I was told: 1. They get 1-2 new claims every day, and they cannot check on every single case EVEN once in three days or so. 2. That I was not seriously injured like some of the other customers that require this office's assistance. There are people out there who have had limbs amputated, etc. (It sounds like you won't get the customer service you deserve unless you get in a serious car accident with severe injuries). I want to seriously express how grateful I am that the other driver and I have not had any serious injuries like Amy Gardner was describing to me over the phone and that my heart goes out to the people who have experienced these types of situations and their families. I also believe that I deserve a basic level of understanding when it comes to something like my vehicle that gets me to the job that I support my family with and/or when it comes to getting a replacement vehicle in the meantime. I understand that these agents do not have access to all of the information that I am needing but to belittle me over the phone saying I have no idea how the process works and not giving me constructive information to combat those claims when I ask for updates seems a little hostile. Please just know that this office does not care about their potential long-term employees who have good driving records and seem to only be interested in the most severe cases when it comes to assisting their clients. Statefarm is a great insurance company, but please stay away from this agent and save yourself from stress. If you are thinking about switching agents, expect at least 20 minutes of being interrogated over the phone about why you are transferring your policies to another agent along with having someone belittle your knowledge about the industry.
