The service was friendly, and we both quickly found some books to read over the week we were in Austria. Located on Mariahilferstraße and sprawling over three floors Thalia is fairly extensive. There is a large English and smaller Spanish language section at the back of the store. Diverse selection of books, DVDs, CDs and stationary and many members of staff just waiting to find what you're looking for. Not too expensive either and if you look deep enough there are some good bargains to be had. Well worth a few minutes.

I think anyone with an interest in music or film, novice to collector, could find something here.
