I'm a fisherman and rarely order restaurant fish due to freshness concerns and this was good, not awesome. A little over cooked too. Desert was the Palace Lokma -YOU MUST HAVE this dish. Simply wow, sort of like a jacked up beignet on a bed of chocolate. Overall, excellent presentation of 3 great dishes. Yes, pricey but worth it for upscale food. Really like the diversity of menu items too.

An equally spectacular meal and experience…read more We enjoyed an exceptional mixed salad with loads of herbs, a simple pasta in a white sauce with mushrooms, and an excellent steak stuffed with spinach and more herbs. The food was satisfying (competing gamely with Portland, OR fare if falling short of such a high bar) and ample. The outdoor seating is beautifully appointed with charming lamps, lanterns, etc. and a welcome fire was burning cheerfully amidst flowering trees, vines, and shrubs. Simply extraordinary. We finished our meal and were surprised by tea and coffee on the house by the fire where we enjoyed another hour or so chatting with the host, staff, and other patrons. We were surprised a second time by a delicious oven-roasted havalah dessert also on the house (perhaps in recognition of our brief and pleasant wait on our entrees). We'll go back.

The quality of the food excellent! Fresh, full of flavor, and variety. The fish was truly exceptional. We were so happy and satisfied with our experience at this cute little restaurant, that we decided to go back the next night. The following night the waiters recognized us and they were super helpful and patient. Very welcoming and kind hearted The food once more delicious, fresh and full of flavor. We also saw a lot of locals, which is always a good sign.
