It's quite close to the Villhelm Kiers Collegium as well, so it makes for a nice morning snack on the way to class for students like me. So far I've had something called a "great grandmother cake" which was delicious, with toasted hazelnuts (or filberts, and my grandmother used call them) and a sweet, fruity filling. I came back today and had something called an "Apfelsinsnitter" (no, Google, it's not an "apple insider," although that sounds good too). It was a little pastry made with a candied orange confection (perhaps marzipan?) on a cookie crust, with a dollop of chocolate creme on top. It looked so perfect, I had to take a picture. Mange tak!
