They no longer have a phone nurse triage line. If you want to be seen for a sick visit, you will not be able to get an appointment, so you need to go wait with the rest of Fort Collins for two hours at the urgent care. Their staff seems to be in pure survival and self protective mode ever since Covid, and seem to have forgotten polite customer service skills. We will keep going because we are still appreciative of the medical care that our children receive when they are able to be seen, but it's basically impossible to be seen if they are sick unless you wait at the urgent care, and be sure to set up an appointment for anything else several weeks to months in advance or you also won't get an appointment there. They switched up their online system and are no longer sending text reminders. If you show up to an appointment at the wrong location, even if you are early and could make it to the other location, they will cancel your appointment and you will have to wait several weeks to be able to get a new one unless you personally reach out to the provider and talk them into sneaking you in for an urgent matter Hopefully their management can get a hold of all their peripheral and customer service issues, because they have several unhappy customers. I looked on the website to try to find a management contact information so I can address my concerns directly, but I couldn't find anyone to email and unfortunately couldn't wait on the waiting time that I had to talk to somebody. So I'm posting a review here instead. Good overall on the medical care, but below average on the accessibility and customer service to get medical care. We went back the next day when he was miserable to find out that there actually was an ear infection. This doctor gave us the correct medication. We self paid at the time of service (if you can call it that) before both visits. Imagine my surprise when we received two additional invoices! I've called twice for an explanation and was told both times to speak with a supervisor, who hasn't been in the office either time I called. When I went to the office for an explanation because a supervisor doesn't seem to exist, I was told that they can collect the money, but they can't explain further and I need to speak with billing. How convenient!

You can never speak to your local staff or office personally. Today I took my toddler in for his appt for an acute sickness and they turned me away because we are in between insurance plans. Although we were happy to pay out of pocket that is against their policies. This tells me they care more about getting big bucks from insurance companies than in caring for their patients. Not sure where I can take my sick toddler now, since we are refused care. As you can see from other reviews nobody is happy with Village Medical and the docs here should find new clinics to practice at asap since all us clientele are going to be leaving due to the poor administrative and customer care. No one at the nursing station, took over an hour to get a call light answered. Then Aaron the charge nurse yelled at myself and my sister in the hallway. He was trying to state the rules but in the rudest and unprofessional way, his face was bright red and clearly already in an agitated state. My father was in a serious accident and we as family are stressed and sleep deprived, I would think that a nurse would have the professionalism to speak to families in a respectful and caring way. Aaron did not, as someone who works in health care, I would never have someone like Aaron representing my facility. My father's call light was on for over an hour and no one came in, but Aaron is concerned about how many people are in the room, and that I did try to go through an door that someone excited that was connected to the unit, but did not. I did not think it was that big of an issue since the doors go to the same unit, however do understand why it would be an issue. Aaron could have approached the situation in a more professional way and spoken to myself and my sister like adults and not children. I am even more concerned that a nurse would show his agitation towards a family, how are the patients treated? Does he get irritated with them? I am also concerned that I was told I would be kicked out and not be allowed back, so now feel I cannot bring up concerns. The one is only due to the step down unit. The trauma unit and ICU would get 5. However, one person can ruin something.
