We've gone to the youth clinic for seven years now. Their providers are mostly wonderful and…read moreknowledgeable for the most part. The customer service, however has gone downhill. They no longer have a phone nurse triage line. If you want to be seen for a sick visit, you will not be able to get an appointment, so you need to go wait with the rest of Fort Collins for two hours at the urgent care. Their staff seems to be in pure survival and self protective mode ever since Covid, and seem to have forgotten polite customer service skills. We will keep going because we are still appreciative of the medical care that our children receive when they are able to be seen, but it's basically impossible to be seen if they are sick unless you wait at the urgent care, and be sure to set up an appointment for anything else several weeks to months in advance or you also won't get an appointment there. They switched up their online system and are no longer sending text reminders. If you show up to an appointment at the wrong location, even if you are early and could make it to the other location, they will cancel your appointment and you will have to wait several weeks to be able to get a new one unless you personally reach out to the provider and talk them into sneaking you in for an urgent matter Hopefully their management can get a hold of all their peripheral and customer service issues, because they have several unhappy customers. I looked on the website to try to find a management contact information so I can address my concerns directly, but I couldn't find anyone to email and unfortunately couldn't wait on the waiting time that I had to talk to somebody. So I'm posting a review here instead. Good overall on the medical care, but below average on the accessibility and customer service to get medical care. Hopefully they can get some good management in to troubleshoot all their issues so we can get back to what the Youth Clinic used to be!

We went back the next day when he was miserable to find out that there actually was an ear infection. This doctor gave us the correct medication. We self paid at the time of service (if you can call it that) before both visits. Imagine my surprise when we received two additional invoices! I've called twice for an explanation and was told both times to speak with a supervisor, who hasn't been in the office either time I called. When I went to the office for an explanation because a supervisor doesn't seem to exist, I was told that they can collect the money, but they can't explain further and I need to speak with billing. How convenient!

Although we were happy to pay out of pocket that is against their policies. This tells me they care more about getting big bucks from insurance companies than in caring for their patients. Not sure where I can take my sick toddler now, since we are refused care. As you can see from other reviews nobody is happy with Village Medical and the docs here should find new clinics to practice at asap since all us clientele are going to be leaving due to the poor administrative and customer care. I got injured at work and was transported to this hospital ER. At first everything seemed like it…read morewas going ok. They assisted me immediately. The staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful. They poked me for an IV that they didn't end up using. That was a bit of an annoying. After a few hours they discharged me with a blank workers comp form which I discovered later after I returned to my job so I could speak to my boss and pick up my vehicle. I returned to the hospital regarding the blank form. They took the form then advised me the provider had already left for the day so it would be updated later in the patient portal. I thought ok fine. I left the hospital and returned home. I woke up in the evening the same day to discover the pharmacy closed so instead I went to the pharmacy in the afternoon the following day. The pharmacist advised me they had received only one of the two prescriptions I was ordered. When the pharmacy reached out the ER they were told that I was allegedly given a paper copy of the prescription therefore no digital order was sent. I say allegedly because I reviewed my discharge papers and everything given to me during my visit and found no prescription hard copy. To top it off the pharmacy advised me they no longer accept physical prescription copies. I then called the hospital to get it straightened out only to be passed around to different departments before finally speaking to the ER. They informed me the provider was in and that it would be sent to the pharmacy digitally. I thought great. I waited approximately 45 minutes before calling the pharmacy. The pharmacy then advised me they still had not received anything from this hospital. I'm very disappointed. It was my first visit to this brand of hospital and I gotta say after this experience I'm very disappointed. I've never had issues like this at any other hospital especially when it came to prescriptions. They really let me down by how disorganized they were and the way they handled my care. I'm currently looking for a pcp and have a new patient appointment scheduled soon with a provider through this network. I'm seriously reconsidering looking at other providers outside of UCHealth because they did not leave a great first impression with me.
