The business owner(Fahad) was very quick to respond to my questions and even offered to provide me shuttle service home. So appointment was made and job did. I've had a PPF done on a vehicle before so I was well aware of having some bubbles that have to dry out, completely seal over time and eventually disappear. After the job was completed I noticed some issues with the PPF on my hood and bumper fender which were all addressed and taken care of at a later date. Other than that I was pleased with the service and dedication Fahad provided.

I went there expecting a simple exterior car wash and left feeling frustrated…read more When I got to the moment to select the wash and when they handed me the receipt, I noticed they had added a $3 charge for a "large truck." The problem is that I drive a compact car. When I asked about it, I was given a vague explanation that honestly didn't make much sense. At that point, I had already spent about 15 minutes waiting in line, and I had my baby in the car who was starting to lose patience. I seriously considered leaving, but my car really needed a wash, so I decided to go ahead with it. What made it even more disappointing was that when they told me the car was ready, parts of the exterior were still dirty. For almost $28 plus a tip, I expected my car to at least come back clean. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but between the questionable extra charge and the poor cleaning job, it didn't feel worth the money. I won't be coming back.

I cannot recommend Ian at Dent Solutions enough! I originally had a dent that I had gotten a quote…read moreto repair, but unfortunately I made the mistake of having someone I knew try to fix it themselves. It ended up making the damage much worse. After that, I took it to another dent repair place and was told the damage could no longer be repaired with paintless dent repair and that I would need to take it to a body shop. I was then quoted around $4,000 for the body work. I decided to bring it back to Ian at Dent Solutions in Napa. Although he definitely wasn't thrilled that I had tried to have it fixed myself , he was still willing to take on the challenge -- and I am SO glad he did. The work he did was honestly unbelievable. I couldn't believe how good my car looked when he was finished, especially after being told elsewhere that it couldn't be fixed this way. On top of the amazing work, Ian was kind, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. If I ever need dent repair again, I will never take my car anywhere else. I learned my lesson -- go to Ian the first time! I seriously cannot recommend Dent Solutions enough. Five stars without a doubt!
