Which was great because my normal dentist sent me to Dr Glenn and pretty much knew what was going to be needed. When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. This very young lady, how I know is she stretched her last word in a sentence like a valley girl of old. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me. Lesson to be learned here is to be nice to everyone because you don't know who they are or what they are going through. I would not recommend..

Very skeptical of this. Great dentist but I'm surprised they would allow a person with this type of character to work here esp in the medical field.

Last time I had a wisdom tooth removed, I was in pain for about 3 weeks. This time? I followed his recovery guidelines, took two Aleve tablets and6 hours later I was pain free, Never came back. Just amazing. Add to that how kind and caring and thorough Dr. O'Nele and his staff are. It's a wonderful practice.

He knows what he's doing and helps you immensely with the answers to your questions. He is very good at that. He helps explain all the options that you could have. There is no pain involved in what he does and he explains everything as he's doing it. He has also pulled my young daughters wisdom teeth and they were growing in sideways. She didn't have a bit of trouble. I highly recommend Dr O'Nele.

Sure enough, I needed a root canal. Got another appointment for 2 days later, surprisingly. The root canal was totally painless! Even the Novocaine shot was painless. The procedure took less than 45 minutes, and they even took 5% off my bill for paying the whole amount on the spot. I never had such an easy time at the dentist before. The staff were all friendly and helpful too. If there were 6 stars, I'd give this practice all of them.

Well...I remember the first time I took my boys here, it was ok. They had check ups (I couldn't be in the exam room during the treatment processes ever) and then we met with Dr. Sveen and talked to her. This was the one and ONLY ONE time I spoke to her face to face with her over probably the 4 years we were parents there. When we came back for return visits, or my child had cavities or had to get a procedure done, I was always informed by the Dental Assistant. Then brace yourself for any return appointments you make, because most likely you will be there for up to two hours. I'd say that the dental work was good? The staff was very nice. But I remember Dr. Sveen not being very personable when I met her, and obviously so because she can't even pop her head out to say hello and tell you what she just did with your kids teeth; she has to relay it through her Assistant and she is the only dentist in the office!!! So anyway, you can decide. It's alright, but plan on never personally talking to the dentist and long waits in the office.

I can't necessarily say if he's natural or not, but I know…read morethat when I've declined x-rays and fluoride, it's not just been met with an "okay", but an understanding by many of the staff. They seem to be pretty hands off and definitely take a "let's see" attitude. My almost 13 year old needs braces soon, and we are just waiting on the last baby tooth to naturally fall out. No talk of numbing and pulling. Just waiting. To add beauty to THAT - Dr. Martin does braces there, and is ridiculously reasonably priced compared to everyone else in town. He just seems very gentle and relaxed, and even my (then) 3 year old who has some special needs does remarkably well there. We've been going for over 2 years (about 3 cleanings with one coming up in a few weeks) for our 6 kids, and have never been shamed, scolded, or had anything less than a stellar experience.
