I had a couple cavities, and they walked me through everything and educated me to where I understood everything they were doing. They explained as they were doing it also. I am paycheck to paycheck, so I was fearful of the price. To get multiple cavities fixed was cheaper than I could've imagined. They don't inflate their prices, they charge what seems to be a very fair price. They also care deeply about their customers. I'd been to the doctor about a facial issue, and they were able to guide me and what I'd struggled with for months was no longer an issue after TWO DAYS with their advice!!! Miracle workers to say the least. The best dentists around.

They helped me get my records from previous dentist and told me what was going on the whole time. Connie (I think her name is) is one of the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She informed me why my teeth were hurting and even suggested specific recommendations to help. I love leaving a positive review but don't want it to get so popular where I can't get a new appointment but 10/10 experience!!

Katie and Kim handled the transfer of my records and accounts and made sure my insurance was up to date and covered what I needed. They are always aware of my time and schedule appointments when they work for me. They make sure my billing is up to date and correct. Could not ask for better, more professional customer service. Carly is always attentive to my needs when I am in the office. Her genuine concern for me as a patient has been above and beyond what is required. Her respect for my medical conditions is extraordinary. She is obviously totally capable in her areas of expertise, but delivers patient care in a warm, understanding way that engenders confidence and trust. The entire office is a positive experience and totally patient-focused. Without question, this has been the best dental care experience of my ;life!

Not, what insurance do you have? Where I work. My insurance is through the government because I'm a retired veteran. So I sent pics of my insurance. They got it and I was texting them. When we arrived they refused to see her and said they canceled her appointment because I blocked them. If that happened it was accidental. However until 1 day ago I was in communication with them. All three of the "professionals" tried to engage me at the desk and you could tell they just love being officious. They ordered me, in front of my child, to walk around the reception to look at their screen. Then the most bossy one started talking very slowly to add to her condescension. So unprofessional. I just love offices that make their own job easier by automating it. And when it doesn't work, make the customer suffer. Here is what is interesting--soon, maybe AI will just do their jobs. You would think they'd think about that before refusing to work with a customer who obviously said they have insurance and are coming in. We can only hope Claude and Grok replace these unprofessional women soon.

I had a teeth cleaning here which should have been covered by my insurance but the claim was denied because I had given them the wrong insurance card. I wasn't notified of this until OVER A YEAR after the appointment when it was too late to to call my insurance to fix the mistake. The office manager was also extremely rude to me on the phone when I was just trying to figure out why I hadn't been notified earlier. They have claimed they called me 4 or 5 times and left messages and I NEVER received calls from them- I even looked up phone records and they never called me or left messages. I have NEVER had so many billing issues with dentist or doctors offices like this before. Very unprofessional and unorganized office..

I had a consultation done for 2 teeth, but before I scheduled they said $150.00 and then they said…read moreturn into insurance so no cost to me. Which was great because my normal dentist sent me to Dr Glenn and pretty much knew what was going to be needed. When I called to question the bill for $160.00 ish dollars, after insurance pays, that's when it went down hill in our conversation. This very young lady, how I know is she stretched her last word in a sentence like a valley girl of old. Very rude, refused to give her name to me, wanted to quote me the riot act, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, threatened collections, etc. etc. I just wanted too know why there was a charge and as of today, still don't know. I have several retail stores and realize the customer could be the problem just as much as the employee, but since she wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else, I take my concern to this platform since I refuse to let this behavior go , and that's on me. Lesson to be learned here is to be nice to everyone because you don't know who they are or what they are going through. I would not recommend..
