After some talking we agreed on him cleaning out the old tile grout, re-grouting the tile and waterproofing the grout once it was dry. The quote was again quite high. He said the job would take 3-4 days. He spent a total of about 6 hours (at the most) over two days on the floor. When he said he was done, the floor was still wet and there were black lines (dirty grout?) remaining. He said the lines would disappear when the floor dried. We trusted him and paid him. The black lines never went away. Tyler never responded to our repeat calls asking him to come back and fix the floor. Basically, he did not do a good job, would not fix it then ghosted us.
