Really disappointing experience…read more First, it appears this business no longer actually operates in San Francisco and instead refers or sends work to friends/family connected with the business. We used them for house cleaning about 4-5 times. We originally had Wednesdays scheduled, then switched to Mondays. Then, completely out of nowhere, they simply stopped showing up. I texted the person coordinating our cleanings three separate times and received no response. I then contacted another person associated with the business, who replied and said she would follow up with her nephew. After that, nothing. That was by far the most frustrating part: no cancellation, no explanation, no response -- they just ghosted us. It was also disappointing because every time we hire a new cleaner, there is time involved in showing them the house, explaining what needs to be done, and establishing a routine. After doing that with this team, it ended up feeling like a complete waste of our time. We also experienced a change in pricing from what was discussed during the initial walkthrough, which added to the frustration. With young kids, we rely on having dependable help and can't easily absorb a cleaner simply not showing up. I understand if a business can no longer accommodate a client, but sending a simple message is the bare minimum. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.

Despite having a scheduled appointment, they informed me the cleaners would arrive 30-40 minutes late. I had already been quoted $300-$400 for cleaning a small unit that had been left in clean condition. The company scheduled the appointment for Saturday, but then began telling me about cleaners charging overtime on weekends--as though their own scheduling decisions and staffing costs were somehow my responsibility. When I pointed out that their crew was late and that they were wasting my time, the company responded by canceling my appointment altogether. No meaningful apology, no attempt to make the situation right--just a cancellation after I objected to their poor scheduling and lack of professionalism. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning because they never showed up. Based on their unreliable scheduling, misleading presentation, and terrible customer service, I would strongly recommend finding another cleaning company.

Conny and the Bright Clean Team from start to finish, are next level!…read moreMy friend referred me to Conny about a year ago after my previous service left SF. I sent a text; we arranged for a walk-through for pricing, I received the quote later that day. Very reasonable for a small two-bedroom house, one bathroom. The cleaners are always on time and thorough, paying attention to every detail-- from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. They go the extra mile and clean areas like my light fixtures and behind the furniture. Also, if you have stainless appliances, I don't know what kind of magic they use, but when they finish, my appliances look like they're out-of-the-box new. They are so friendly -- they treat my home with care, and I feel comfortable having them in my space. My husband works from home, and they are very respectful of his work day they always check in to see if there's anything extra or specific that needs to be cleaned. We also have pets; they vacuum the cat tower, and they're kind to our animals. When they're finished, everything smells fresh without being overpowering. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and affordable cleaning service, look no further!
