while the actual roof work done fairly well, the process leading to the installation was painful. quotes mean little- ours climbed by almost 30% in the 6 months we waited for the work to be completed. we had a great winter to do roofing- multiple roofs were completed during the winter in our neighbourhood but we had to wait for perfect weather apparently. Meanwhile the costs climbed and in the end we were presented with a bill almost $1200 higher than expected (@25%). so my advice- good work, but slow. With quotes, make them lock down the amount to avoid sudden drastic increases. read more

My parents, who are in their 80's and still able to live in their own home, haven't been able to get their money back from the owner of Zwicker's Roofing. He asked for a 50% deposit over a year ago (June 2023) and has never done any of the work he said he would do, nor has he given back their $3600 even after phone calls, letters, and emails to him. This company is now rated as an "F" with the Better Business Bureau as the owner has done the same thing to other people. Because of his refusal to give the money back unfortunately we now have to consider going to small claims court. read more

His staff have a wealth of experience when it comes to roofing and he takes the time before doing the job to give you a thorough FREE estimate. Yes, there can always be unexpected additional repairs, but there are not many in the industry that will take the time to look into your attic before starting the job to check for any issues in your roof deck - something that can add thousands of $$$ to your final bill!! I really appreciated that after the job was complete, he took the time to check for any nails that may have been left. His staff left no visible mess, but we really appreciated that he went above and beyond to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I would absolutely choose Jeremy again in the future ... but I know that will be a long time coming because of the company's high quality of work!! Thanks for a job well done. read more
