All I can say is caution, caution and more caution. If you are a senior be especially careful…read more This "gentleman" has cost me thousands of dollars for nothing. He will take your money, for sure. He will ask for more money or tell you that if you don't he won't come back. If he shows up at all it is for anywhere from 3 hours to literally 15 minutes. Not a bit of a lie. He will tell you it is hard to get workers or that you live so far away, even though he has been to your house and knows exactly where you live. If you want your new roof to leak because it wasn't put in properly, then this is your man!

I would not recommend this company at all. Just recently had them do some work on my family home…read more They sent out some young guys that did not know what they were doing. Just left the flashing around the chimney all torn up and not fixed back. They refuse to accept responsibility for poor work. Be careful because they told me that they would fix the flashing at their expense because I told them I was not paying until the job was done right. They hired some other guy from a company called Flue Tech to fix the flashing. I then paid them Sterling Roofing Company. Guess what? The owner Richard Sterling then sends me a bill for fixing the damaged flashing that his crew did. This guy is really dishonest. If your hiring them because you think you are getting a professional company it is not. Unsupervised guys swearing constantly and no safety harnesses on either. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and had to go to the trouble of seeking advice from an attorney. Don't get caught up with this company like I did. Daniel Sampson
