At the time, I already had another agent, but was not at all satisfied with the level of interest or commitment she had in finding me the home I was looking for. Yikes stay far from Rob Zwemmer. I purchased a home through Rob and Zwemmer Realty Group. He ended up being the agent on both sides of the transaction. Mr Zwemmer was not responsive and also late for appointments when allowing inspections to be done at the property. Communication was also lacking as he hardly answered the phone, and never responded to any emails. Once we did close on the property I only first heard about it from the escrow company. I did not get access to the property until I begged for the code to get into the home I already paid for. It was not until 2 days later he made an attempt to get me the keys to the property. When I say attempt, he says he came to the house but the front door code wasn't working.. didn't bother calling me and simply writes I'll drop them off at escrow. I can just imagine what the seller went through using Zwemmer team. read more
