Return process is abysmal and if you decide that a product you received as a gift is not to your liking then keep it and give it away. If you decide to return the items you will not get anything near what was paid for the items, and NO THE SALES CLERK AKA, ATILLA THE HUN WILL NOT LET YOU EXCHANGE IT FOR A PRODUCT YOU PREFER! She informed me it was not her decision BUT store policy to only issue refunds for what the product was deemed to be worth at this point in time. So if you don't have a receipt you'll likely end up receiving only about 20% of what was paid for the items! I was told that I should get a receipt from my friend if I wanted to get a full refund, how insulting to ask someone who buys a gift to produce a receipt for a refund. Refund is Pretty much useless unless you want to collect samples.
