We stopped in right before 4 pm not knowing the store closed at 4 that day. We were looking…read morethrough the store as they had a few brands I purchase and some new items I liked. Another lady came in to exchange and item. The sales person in the store explained she could only exchange for the exact item. Not above, not below the cost of the item. The lady noted she would gladly pay more. The sales gal insisted no, they could not do anything. At that moment two other ladies came in, the sales gal looked at them and snidely told them they had closed at four and she was only here because those ladies were still shopping pointing at us. All of us chose at that moment to leave. If she had ever mentioned the closing time we would have hurried and left. She was very rude to the three other ladies who were in as well.
