Manager was incredibly unhelpful snobby condescending and rude. I went to try on a pair of boots…read moreafter the other store in town saw that this store had a pair close to the size I needed before I traded in a pair I got out of state that didn't fit for a new pair. Before I could explain my reasoning for visiting the store was only to try boots on this manager was on the phone with costumer support yet he refused to call the other store for guidance on the matter. While on the phone he was extremely condescending towards me. I had to interrupt his conversation to let him know I only wanted to try on boots and I would trade my others in at the store across town since he was making a big deal over this ordeal. I finally got to try on the boots I came to look at and explained they didn't fit. He then tried to tell me that the boots did indeed fit because the E size I tried on did fit. I in fact have never worn or tried on a size E in that boot, showing his lack of attention to customer care. Manager then tried to use his "14 years of experience" to say that the boots I tried on did indeed fit and I left in order to get better service across town. Don't visit this store if you want good service.

Five stars for best career and smart casual boutique in CC La Palmera Mall…read more Bravo for great service and well constructed pieces that all seem to match or coordinate with each other! I have to praise the amazing, personalized customer service I have received from this boutique! I feel as if I have my own personal stylist here, named Virginia!! However, all associates are top notch--- most of the employees know me on sight, know my size of clothing and footwear, and select combinations of couture and accessories for me that I wouldn't even have thought to put together. I appreciate the polite honesty with which I am treated by WHBM staff, who have said things like, " this doesn't look like much on the rack, but would flatter your bustline and minimize your hips." Isn't that what every woman wants? Or "let me bring another top I think you'd like better, as it flatters long waisted ladies". There is always 5% off for black book members and when you sign up! you get $25 off $125 purchase or $50 off $250 seemingly every month. Also, these ladies are fantastic for unearthing a beautiful sale item in your size from the back at just the right moment! So, for fantastic service and for durable, well-constructed pieces with classic lines, WHBM gets my best marks!,
