Casta is so talented and full of energy! Truly knows Zumba and knows how to teach well even to a novice like me.

I have switched trainers where I live in CA and wanted a gym that would make it easy to do more…read morefloor stretching and more work with free weights. I did some research on the gyms near my sister's home in Naples. Addicted to fitness seemed like the best bet but was concerned if it had enough of the equipment I needed based on reading the website. For a change it was the website underselling just how good this place really is. Image you were a billionaire and had your own gym for you and your friends to use. What would I expect? That it wouldn't be a massive set of treadmills it wouldn't be a pocket gym with no manager just a card. The place would have been decorated not feel like a basement. The staff would welcome you by name. There'd be free wi-fi access to water and coffee and men and woman's bathrooms with showers. The machines would be new and in pristine shape. Owners Jon and Michelle were welcoming and actually took the time to show me which machines I'd need to do each part of my routine. Normally YOYO unless you have a trainer. But yes they have those too. Paraphrasing Ms Riding hood not too big not too small just right. And did I mention the free wifi and being called by name?

I started working with Angela Xenis Gagauf in November of 2017 - going on 10 months now. Before we…read morebegan she took a thorough assessment of my strength levels and capabilities. She also got to know my medical condition and always keeps it front and center as she's developing new workout routines for me. Prior to working with Angela I had always taken gym classes and actually resisted working with a personal trainer - I felt I needed the energy of a group class to keep me motivated. Well, working with Angela really opened my eyes to a more effective way to work out! Having a trainer focused on my particular goals and taking into account my personal capabilities has really made a difference for me. Since working with Angela I have lost weight but more importantly have really developed muscle strength - so important as we age. I was never able to achieve this level of muscle strength merely participating in group fitness classes at the gym. Angela is extremely knowledgeable about training and I have complete confidence in her ability to help me continue to reach my fitness goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to take their commitment to fitness and health to the next level.

Love this place! When I moved to Naples, I actually prayed…read morefor a Pilates studio to open near my house - and the Universe answered! This beautiful studio is conveniently located in South Naples and is only 5 minutes from my house and wonderful instructors! My favorite instructors are Irene and Chery - the front desk has great people too, especially Lina and Christine. Stay flexible!

Thereafter, I quickly learned it is nearly impossible to book 8 classes in a month because the studio only serves 12 students. I was forced to use the Club Pilates Wait List and babysit the waitlist to try to get into a class. That became time consuming and inefficient and nearly every month I had to call the studio and get classes extended into the following month because of the waitlist situation. This reminds me of the airlines, over book and under deliver. In May of 2025, I was traveling from East Naples, FL to Beach Haven, NJ and was told unless I paid $15 per month "pause fee", when I returned to Naples, the cost of the 8 classes would increase. Evidently there is a penalty for being loyal at Club Pilates. I agreed to the $15 and notified Club Pilates of my knee replacement surgery on September 24th. I provided the surgeon's letter in September. Club Pilates then tells me that if I don't return by the end of December, my membership would be cancelled. I explained I would only return under the expressed written permission of my surgeon. I returned to Club Pilates in January. This year, 2026, the wait list issue became so difficult to manage Club Pilates wanted me to advance pay my monthly $239 10 days earlier than the 1st of the month so I could book classes. I agreed but found I could still not book 8 classes in a month. I decided I would use the classes I paid for and then try to find another Pilates studio with a more reasonable appreciation for their clients. Today I have only used 4 of my 8 classes. One class was cancelled because of a doctor's appointment. Tough for me says Club Pilates. So now I want to book the 3 classes in the month of April, 2026, and I am prohibited from booking. I decided I should cancel the monthly $239.75 for 8 classes because it is impossible to use them in a month. Then Mikey tells me I should know better. I cannot book the remaining 3 classes in the month of April to use up my March payment. All this when I was turned away from a class because the Club Pilates air ventilation system was polluted with sewer waste. It is OK for Club Pilates to bow out of their responsibility of providing classes but no allowance is given for the students. Every time I come to class, there is someone at the desk trying to schedule classes and it seems to be a hassle for the student. Today, I asked for Annie's phone number and was refused. I asked for Annie to call me and Mikey says she already talked to me. Annie tells Mikey there is nothing Annie can do to help me. I am losing nearly $90 of paid classes and I feel abused by Club Pilates.
