Contacted them in October to inquire about new client availability. Was told there was a 2-6 week…read morewaitlist, which I elected to get onto. I was told they would call me once space was available, but I contacted in November and early December multiple times with no response. Finally got a hold of someone in mid-to-late December and was told that I needed to "keep waiting." Got in contact with a clinician in early January who stated he would attempt to get me into their program, but haven't heard anything since and am now under the assumption they will not be taking me on as a client. Very disappointing experience, since I for a good recommendation from a find and I would have probably done extremely well in an animal-based therapy program. But due to the lack of communication from their offices it seems like I won't be able to be admitted. I'll likely continue looking for other practices who are accepting new clients, since now I've been without regular therapy for about three months and I can't sustain that with my diagnoses. I'd circumstances change later, I may try again, but I do value my time and efforts involved and it's disappointing I can't even communicate with them after I leave multiple voicemails that go in-returned. In short, if you do plan to look into their service, be prepared to wait for an extended period, and don't be surprised if you don't hear back after several attempts. I'd you need services quicker than that, just look at other programs--it's not really worth the time to keep trying it.

Amazing program! Highly professional, understanding, and takes care of the animals. I recommend…read morethis place to anyone who is looking for some help with their mental health.

YAY! I get to finally write a review on 4P4L!!…read more We found 4P4L due to a Petfinder search back in 2021. The dog we initially adopted wasn't good with our cats even though he was fine in his foster home with the resident cat. 4P4L understood and we were able to return him. They had asked me to write an updated bio for him so that potential adopters would get a better understanding of his demeanor. He was such a sweet dog but my cats weren't his thing, which wasn't his fault in the slightest. I wrote the bio and he got adopted. I was then asked to volunteer and become a foster, so we started fostering. A 3 day sleepover for a foster pup is how we started and since 2021, we have fostered over 100 dogs and volunteer at adoption events. While it is so tempting to adopt all our fosters, we know we're just helping them adjust to home life. There have been a few that we invoked the 6 month rule: if we have the pup for 6 months, we would adopt him/her because at 6 months, you're a part of our pack. Last month, there was a need to foster these 2 rottie pups because it was time for them to separate from their momma and momma needed a break. Rotties are one of our preferred breeds! Well, we invoked the 6 DAY rule knowing that the pups would be adopted within the week. So that's it! That's how we got our Saoirse! Even if you cannot adopt, please think about volunteering with us or becoming a foster! A little weekend break from the kennel is what all the dogs need and you may just invoke your own 6 day rule!!

So SOMEHOW, SOMEONE here at Yelp took away my ORIGINAL , TRUTHFUL review of this crappy rescue…read more Pics to prove what they did. It appears this rescue is able to pick and choose their posted reviews! Really Yelp? What have you turned into if we cannot post our TRUTHFUL experiences here? This upsetting and honestly, it's CENSORSHIP! Let me try again and see if yelp decides to censor me again. We adopted a cockapoo here. My mother paid $480 for our girl. We arrived and she comes out to us, UNBATHED, UNGROOMED and she SMELLED awful. She had diarrhea all over her rear end and she was SO terrified, she was shaking and pooped in the girls arms as she was carrying her. It was OBVIOUS that not ONE person had worked with her, bathed her or groomed her since she arrived at this facility! Just put her up on line and waited for someone to adopt her. Clearly NOT in it for the welfare of these animals. Just the money. Never an apology or explanation for this. No follow up phone call to see how she was adjusting. NOTHING. Based on everything here, we DO NOT RECOMMEND this rescue. They are SHAMEFUL!
