This service was impressively responsive during a very stressful time for me. Having misunderstood the duration of a prescription I filled out previously, I faced a circumstance where I needed a renewal of my prescription over night rather than the 2-3 business days. Rather than charge me more than they should have and/or be unavailable as most customer service reps are for other services, Keystone had a representative cheerfully respond to my inquiry and also promise me that they would be able to expedite my prescription at NO additional cost. I have to fly immediately because of the death of my grandma, the gentleman I spoke with let me know that if I filled out all necessary information it would take 2-3 days, which is completely acceptable. Great place to get a diagnosis and prescription for an emotional support animal. Their prices are much cheaper than anywhere else I found, and they are very quick with getting you exactly what you need. They are also very thorough with their screening, and provide a very detailed prescription. All of the letters I have received say "Because of the severity of his/her condition this disorder can be debilitating and can't be anticipated."
