History

Established in 1988.

Renate Dietz und Daniel Gorges, Mutter und Sohn, Veranstaltungs-Gastronomen aus Leib und Seele. Seit über 25 Jahren gestalten wir Feste in und um Offenburg und sorgen so für das leibliche Wohl unserer Gäste. Das neue Konzept, die Offenburger Weinstube "zum Salmen", gestaltet von der Stadt Offenburg, hat uns begeistert. Daniel Gorges, der seine Erfahrungen bei vielen Köchen mit Sterneehren sammelte steht nun selbst am Herd und sorgt für die Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste.

Jung, motiviert und kreativ bietet er ein vielfältiges Speiseangebot. Ob klassische Vesper oder feine Speisen mit französischer Raffinesse ist für jeden etwas zu finden. Seine Erfahrung sammelte er unter verschiedenen Köchen mit Sterneehren. Heute steht er mit vollem Engagement hinterm Herd in der Offenburger Weinstube "zum Salmen"!

It was the best dish on the table! Ultra flavorful and perfect on top of the noodles. Also, the fries were perfect dipped in the meat's gravy. Service is slower for American standards, but that's nothing new for the more relaxed European vibe.

We were happy to leave thinking about doing a runner. ;)
