Yes an incongruous dish for the Scharwartzvalde but so popular in town that it was booked solid for the 7:00 sitting. Graham combines perfect English being from England and German efficiency having lived there many years.

We were invited by Graham inside where we ordered off the regular menu before the big event started.
Tired and hungry after driving many hours it was a delight to sit down to good beer and great food. Had the Spargle in season with hollindaise sauce. Get 1/2 smoked ham half not with it. Pancakes are also traditional. Great Schnitzel too!
The owner has quite a sense of humour and though very busy graciously spent some time with us.
Excellent Apple strudel with ice cream ended the evening.
