Scheduled an appointment and did something that happens rarely in Miami, they were here on time! They worked efficiently and kept me in the loop at all time. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.

He took my information and got back to me within a few hours. His price was reasonable and he even offered to picked up my computer. Very pleased with his service. Since we had upgraded our computers, we also had Sergio perform a diagnostic on our older one and reinstall Windows 10 before we gave to a friend. He is an excellent teacher of how to navigate both computers and cell phones. He can assist with IT problems and helped organize my wife's e-mail account on her desktop and IPhone. He also resolved an internet problem and helped us with Outlook 365. My wife and I can't say enough about his professionalism, expertise, and personality. Thank you again Sergio!

I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

Basically, these guys sell and install video security systems for your business, but I guess you could outfit your house as well. Our business bought 1 system and Dante, Roger and the whole crew were great from the beginning and even when we needed help they were patient and took the time to make sure all was ok. We just returned to them to buy 4 more systems for our other stores and they worked with us to make sure we got what we needed for each store. We were never pressured (Maybe we pressured them too much for lower prices - lol) and felt taken advantage of at any time. If you or your business ever needs such a system, I highly recommend these guys!
