Currently, I am touring with the photo beauty event princess for one day - and we are in a different city. The day before yesterday we "landed" in Düsseldorf and had one of the finest meals we had on the tour - it was so so good that we returned yesterday after the show in Cologne - a 45 min detour! - just to dine here again. Local italian restaurant- it serves cheerful family italian dishes that are nothing so special but tasty enough.. Everything you expect from a local italian place - good pasta and grilled options... The only thing that is slightly off is the price. I found non pasta dish quite expensive in this place... My grilled prawns were more than 20 euros... And not sure if this was worth it... But having said that, it is not a bad option if you happen to be in the area. The good is tasty enough for most parts. Would not travel to come eat here but d finitely an option if you happen to be in the area. read more

An Italian Trattoria that seems very popular with German Family (kids from 5 to 25 and their parents). The place was full on the Sunday night I have visited and even the large terrace outside was pretty busy. The staff are are Italian (speaking Italian amongst themselves) and the food is ok. Service is efficient. There was a a french group of five occupying a table for six... the their little dog was seated on the sixth seat (he didn't had his own plate)... a thing you would not see in the US for regulations issue and not in China either but for other reasons. It was all fine until the dog decided there was something he didn't like about the young man seated at the next table. A fair choice in an area with few restaurants. read more

Excellent place in Düsseldorf. Authentic Italian restaurant. Waiters speak Italian. Very warm and inviting place. Tables are close together but you don't feel cramped. Menus are in Italian and German. Waiters are super helpful and great at what to order. Had pizzas and salad. Pizza was very good. Crackery crust. Fresh toppings. Great sauce. Good wine selection. Good food, good service. Had a pasta aglio e olio wich was awesome, Same thing for the tiramisu. Would definatly go back here.

Second time I've been here. Food is incredible, service is excellent and they are patient with English speakers.
