They cut the trees, cleaned up the yard and took all the waste, including huge stumps, filling in the holes! The pines were stuck half way up another tree. They were so careful with the tree still standing that you can barely tell there was an issue. The branches across the fence were from a tree in our neighbors yard. They recommended we get permission from the neighbor, we did so they went in their yard, cut the branches close to the tree and since the neighbor wanted to keep the wood, they cut it up and left a small pile of logs. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They always do a professional job, stay within their estimate, and go above and beyond in terms of service. We will always choose them for any outdoor service! We waited for spring turn-on for weeks and weeks during a drought. We had to water our lawn, trees and flowers the old-fashioned way (garden hose and portable sprinkler) to save their lives. Meanwhile, Aqua Flow' apparently kept its phone off the hook 24/7 during all those weeks, probably because it couldn't handle all its customers' complaints. No service, followed by an absolute lack of communication! Was the owner laughing all the way to the bank? What a low-class way to run a business! No wonder the company gets such low ratings. We notified Aqua Flow that we are canceling the pay-in-advance contract and demanded a refund - due to lack of service. Still no response! Now we are taking legal action to get our money back. A Google search reveals that previous court actions were lodged against the company. BEWARE! Don't even think about doing business with Aqua Flow. Jamie Waltz will literally leave you high and dry.

What that means is they turned the knob right to turn off the water to the pipes that lead to the outside then went outside turned that knob left to drain any water in that specific pipe. And sent an invoice for $60! Then a female calls and says to my mother "look sweetie" Real condescending. Then she starts yelling and I hung up. I suspect they do this to a lot of seniors that don't know. These people are not reputable and are unprofessional.
