That "deep clean" turned into a nightmare when we realized they didn't read the cleaning solution instruction and stripped the finish off our terra-cotta tiled floors. About 500 square feet of surface in our living area and kitchen were bleach splattered and dull. There was even a bleached foot print on a tile. Through tears, I scrambled online to find a solution to fix our problem and emailed Desert Rose in angst that our floors were ruined. It was a Sunday around 6pm so I didn't expect a response until the following day. Little did I know that Ben at Desert Rose contacted Diamond Lake Enterprises right away to ensure we were taken care of and the job would be done correctly. I am so appreciative of Desert Rose's referral. The floors were fixed within two days and we closed on time knowing they were in better condition than before the "deep clean/nightmare". Even if Desert Rose doesn't do the specific job for you, they will get you to the right person who will.
