I asked them to double check the part that had failed before, and I was told there was nothing wrong with them. When I went back to Beautomtive to tell them, Kev the manager simply lost his temper and told me to not come back. How terrible is that. It really makes you lose faith in the system. What is wrong with doing an honest job for honest money. I would advice anyone to be very careful going to be automotive, Very unhappy with this garage.

I have always found the Sleaford Branch to be friendly and the repairs are carried out to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss. I also owe Andy Walsh and his team a great big thank you for sorting out my charity fundraising car in 2008 after I had rather a nasty bump which looked to have ended our event plans. Andy, after already respraying the car free of charge only a few days earlier!, recovered the car, arranged for it's repair and had us back on the road within weeks. The car was then driven to (Almost!) North Africa and back and helped to raise over £6500 for 3 charites.
