Just about everyone has their own favourite car shop so you're never going to please everybody, but this place gives it a fair go. The site is easy to get to, big enough that there's room for more than one car to be worked on at any time (they can handle 4 or 5) and open to view, so you can watch what's going on with your motor. Pricing's about average but they have the usual "we-won't-be-beaten" price promise, which I have put into practise without a murmur from the staff. There's a good-sized, clean and bright waiting room, complete with a massive TV showing sports news, to keep you occupied if you choose to wait while your car is seen to, but I didn't see a drinks vending machine, which would have been a bonus. Got my car sorted with the minimum of fuss and, wonder of wonders, absolutely no BS from the mechanics. Unless your best mate or brother-in-law is in the trade, you can do a lot worse than visit these guys. read more
