I have always found the Sleaford Branch to be friendly and the repairs are carried out to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss. I also owe Andy Walsh and his team a great big thank you for sorting out my charity fundraising car in 2008 after I had rather a nasty bump which looked to have ended our event plans. Andy, after already respraying the car free of charge only a few days earlier!, recovered the car, arranged for it's repair and had us back on the road within weeks. The car was then driven to (Almost!) North Africa and back and helped to raise over £6500 for 3 charites. None of this would have been possible without the tremendous efforts of AW's team. Thanks guys :-)

Sponsored my charity fundraising efforts for almost 2 years and in that time sorted out a few problems with my Scirocco, again F.O.C. A poor garage. Took my car to have a puncture repaired - they removed a nail but didn't use a…read morerepair kit, never actually removed the tyre, and left 2 nails still in the tyre. On complaining, they asked me to return the tyre for them to look at, I couldn't as I was at work so my father returned it, and unfortunately left it with them. They proceeded to remove all the nails, carry out the repairs, then claim that all of that was done originally. However, I have another reputable garage as proof that this wasn't the case as it was them that found the bodged repair job - they replaced the tyre and gave me the original back. I still have the tyre, and it is clear by just looking at the repairs they've done that its never been driven on - further evidence that the repairs were not carried out originally. This was not only a con as they charged me for a job they didn't actually do, but it was also extremely dangerous as they knowingly sent me away with a dangerous tyre.

Here are some reasons why: 1) It is on the way 2) It is the same price as any others nearby, so I know I'm not being jipped (although it's not as cheap as in Leeds) 3) There's a little dish on the counter for people to put pennies and spare change into to cover the cost of others (like me) who go a couple of pence over their tenner or whatever 4) When I got confused by their less-than-hi-tech air pump the dude in the petrol station locked up and came out to show me how to use it.
