I strongly urge you to clean your own room with your own cleaning solution. I was told to wait until staff cleaned my room. She walked in and walked out no solutions in hand I saw a gentleman leave this room while I was waiting. Please explain this secret 1 second cleaning procedure? When I email customer support they refused to give me a number so I could speak to a representative about a refund. I cancelled my plan 2 days prior to my scheduled payment and they still charged me the 38.50 again this month and refusing to refund me. I was absolutely stunned, when I walked in and saw the whole waiting room crammed full of young women. However, even more impressive was the woman behind the desk handling all this with ease. I had never been to Zoom Tan and was hoping to have a spray tan before my trip to Florida the next day. Kristy Strickland, despite the fact that the shop closed at 6 PM took her time with each customer as though they were the only one in the room. Never once did she get flustered or short with anyone. I would imagine the product of Zoom Tan is similar in every facility. However-and this is the really important piece-this woman, Kristy Strickland, handled each and every customer as though they were the only person in the salon. I made the assumption that she owned the salon as she handled everyone with grace, knowledge and extreme courteousness. Being a first time customer I had all kinds of questions, and although it was after 6 PM (closing time on a Sayurday night), she never once made me feel as though I was bothering her. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very energetic and outgoing young women named Kristy Strickland. She literally lit up the entire room, she had the biggest smile on her face and was eager to help me out! She hooked me up with the package that suited me the best and a great smelling lotion! ;) she was like no other sales associate I've ever encountered!
