Found the exact same faucet at Lowe's for 140.00. Then they quoted a pressure valve in the front yard over 2000.00 and the hot water heater 4000.00+. When I posted here in Columbus on an app called Next Door. He chimed in and said I only do quality work with quality products. I said yes sure!! What a scam!! Based on what was found, they recommended a full replacement rather than continuing temporary fixes. What I appreciate is that they acknowledged the earlier issues and made an effort to correct them. The owner honored the original pricing and waived additional charges that could have been added, which made a difference. This situation was stressful, but I do think the follow-up and resolution were handled more professionally than the initial visit. If anything, I'd say make sure you ask questions and get clear answers up front, but I can acknowledge that they stepped in and worked to make it right in the end. They come on weekends when reaching other plumbers seems to be a chore. They flat rate price their jobs (which probably leads to paying more than you would have to otherwise) and get the jobs done fast. I'm not sure, but they may be the only plumbers around that offer the "water jet" service.. Its a water propelled hose, powered by an engine in the back of a van. Its expense. But it has the ability to fix some problems that using an auger doesnt seem to solve. For instance, a clog in the kitchen drain so bad that you can push your auger through it, but it will close right back down. So, their convenient, get the job done, have the tools to get it done, and they make their time frames. The 3 our of 5 stars is because they are expense. I'm sure that I could get more for less from others, but I know them. And 3 out of 5 aint bad. Its OK... Make it cheaper, then the rating might go up.
