Great emergency service. A little pricey though. You can always count on them to fulfill ALL plumbing needs.

House was built in 1936, so plumbing was done a bit different and it's also really old. Called Zoom Drain, spoke to Richard Manry, and he said he would come out to work on it...he arrived early..which was great. Shouldn't be too difficult, just snake to the drain and all is well....right???? Well...not so simple. Because this is such an old house the two sink drains converged in a "T" fitting in the wall. Richard said this type of "T" fitting is no longer used because when you push a snake through the drain of one sink and into the wall, instead of following a curved wall of a new style "T" fitting and being directed into the common part of the fitting and on out. The old fitting lets the snake go directly across to the other side and out the drain pipe of the opposing sink. So...how to curve and direct the snake to make a 45-degree turn and into the down pipe. The team of Richard and Jimmy had to innovate and they came up with a plan. Using a boroscope type camera inserted in the drain of one sink and looking at the inside of the "T" fitting they were able to direct and coax an auger/snake inserted through the drain pipe from the other bathroom. It took a few tries, they didn't give up, and they cleared the drain. Great effort...skill...imagination and just very nice people. I'm delighted with the service...Richard and Jimmy are the best and will call them again! I hope you will too!
