As a realtor, I had an off-market fixer-upper in Santa Clarita with a seller who needed an all-cash offer. I reached out to Zoom Casa, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Not only were they able to present a fair market price for the home -- which is often hard to come by in the cash-offer space -- but they closed the deal in just 15 days. For a transaction like this, that kind of speed and reliability is everything. A huge thank you to Joey, Meir, and Marc for making this deal happen seamlessly. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the deal done made all the difference for my client. I will absolutely be bringing future opportunities to the Zoom Casa team. Highly recommend! read more

Zoom Casa did an outstanding job transforming our listing at 1045 Summershore. Despite working within financial constraints, their team completely elevated the look and feel of the home, making it stand out in a competitive market. In a zip code like 95122, where the average days on market is around 95 days, we were able to sell in just 50 days--nearly half the time. Not only that, but the home achieved one of the highest sale values in the area in recent years. The impact of their work was clear from the moment the property hit the market. Thank you to the entire Zoom Casa team for your professionalism, creativity, and results-driven approach. Highly recommend. read more

I am still undecided if I will sell with Zoom casa. I have spoken with them several times. They are very patient in explaining the process. It's not for everyone, but it could be a good option for some sellers, depending on the situation. Instead of opting for a cash buyer which will give 60 to 80% of the current value, they get the home appraised and will pay a percentage of the appraisal amount to allow the seller to move out. Meanwhile decisions are made to improve the property and any improvements are paid by the seller. Zoom Casa owns and maintains the property until it is resold, including managing the improvements. Their fee is 5% of selling price plus one percent carrying cost for each month they maintained the property. Added an extra star, but didn't know where to place it since I haven't used the service. Everyone I have spoken to this company has been most accommodating. I am still undecided whether or not is the right plan for my family. I also would not hesitate to recommend this to clients if this was the right fit for them. read more

I needed to sell my house quickly due to personal reasons, and Zoom Casa made the process surprisingly straightforward. They checked out the place, told me what was worth fixing,, and then handled all the contractors and scheduling. I didn't have to manage any of it, which saved a lot of time and hassle as a middle-aged age man. They also covered the upfront costs for the improvements. The work they did really lifted the look of the house, and once it went on the market it got interest right away and sold faster than I expected. Overall, the communication was great. It was a pleasure working with Allie and my Agent Rico! The process was simple, and everything stayed on track. I'd definitely recommend them! read more

We had a really great experience with all the people at Zoom Casa, especially Christa Ilag and Ram Moskowitz, a seamless design/renovation team. They were very thorough, great at detail, creative, cooperative and responsive, excellent problems solvers, and so easy to communicate with. They worked beautifully with our wonderful realtor, Andrew Manning. It was an easy process that flowed in a timely fashion. The results were much more impressive than we would've expected. Like night and day. We fell in love with our house all over again. Any follow-up's that were needed were executed immediately. In short, we very highly recommend Zoom Casa. read more

You do low ball offers. 70% of appraisal value is lowball. Your in the home remodeling business. You charge ridiculous prices for what you decide are to get property in what you consider sellable condition while tieing the property improvement schemes, all the while as market conditions change and sellers want to move. Then hit us with ridiculous estimates passed on during the final escrow. All the while, you don't even pay anyone fair commissions . Garbage outfit F- read more

Working with Zoom Casa was wonderful, especially because of Thomas Gallagher, who was my point of contact. The company helped me prepare my home to go on the market, which included some fairly routine maintenance and freshening up, including painting part of the exterior, painting the interior and deep cleaning. I don't ever expect any service provider to be perfect...because that's unrealistic. How I critique a company is how they show up when there are challenges. Communication from Thomas was consistent and detailed. Whenever there was a hiccup, he was responsive, empathetic, accountable and hands-on in overseeing, and often participating in, the solution. Thomas remained upbeat and a joy to partner with throughout the process! read more

Working with Zoom Casa allowed us to transition our senior client into a home more suitable for his needs. With their buy before you sell program, we were able to submit an offer on his new home non-contingent on the sale of his existing home, which really made the difference in this competitive market. We also took advantage of their projects team to refresh the interior of his home before putting it back on the market. Each team member was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. We wouldn't hesitate to use Zoom Casa again under the right circumstances. read more

Zoom casa was introduced when we were trying to move from state to state but we had not yet sold our home. (One of the few programs they offer) Zoom casa gives a percentage of your equity upfront then pretty much rents your home from you until it's sold... sounds good right? Not good at all... once you enter the deal, they are no longer friendly, they overcharge for every little upgrade done to your home(recommended upgrades to help home sell) then show no receipts of work done... only final charges. Once home sell finished more money missing (extra charges unaware of) ALL zoom Casa staff have dry personalities on phone calls, almost like you are speaking with robots. Felt sketchy the entire process... ENTER A CONTRACT WITH ZOOM CASA AT YOUR OWN RISK read more

Zoom Casa did an amazing job for my seller who lived in another state. He was putting a large 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home near CSULB in Long Beach on the market. After 50 years and many tenants, the house needed work from top to bottom. Scott from Zoom Casa was hugely helpful and budget aware in coordinating a stunning remodel of 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, new ceilings, paint and wall paper removal all done in a reasonable time span. Zoom Casa was a revelation for my seller who netted $250,000 in additional profits from being able to price the home much higher than if we hadn't used Zoom Casa. The home was so attractive that it ended up with multiple offers and sold for $90,000 over list price. Great result, Great experience! I would highly recommend Zoom Casa and will definitely use them again! It was an amazing transformation! read more

Zoom Casa helped renovate our family home for sale after it was occupied for over 50 years. They were extremely accommodating and efficient, and their choices struck the perfect balance between cost and impact on the final sale. This allowed us to list the home at a substantially higher price and, in the end, attracted multiple buyers with a final sale price at $90K over asking. Worth every penny!!! read more

My husband and I worked with Zoom Casa on my Mother-in-law's home. Working with Zoom Casa was excellent overall. It allowed us to unlock part of her equity to move her to her new home and then upgrade her former home before selling. Overall the design and quality of the home after Zoom Casa completed it was amazing. The transformation resulted in multiple over-asking offers and my Mother-in-law received a higher profit than if she were to have sold the home as-is. I highly recommend them! read more

We used Zoom Casa to sell our home in Orange County and it was the perfect solution for us. It needed some renovations and remodels and Zoom Casa and Tony Reda, the designer, added almost $500,000 worth of value to the home with their work. We were very happy with the end results. read more

From start to finish, I was extremely happy with everything they did. Kari listened to what our needs were on this property and executed a great team. They were on time; their prep was well done, and the painting was perfect on this 5 bedroom home, plus a two-bedroom apartment. Refinishing of wood floors, removal of fences, a lot of debris in the huge yard, etc. The clean-up was done daily, and the Staging was perfect for the spaces we needed. My review comes with a 5 star because of all the above; I would have them do my personal residence in a heartbeat. read more

I really wish they had zero stars. If you decide to enter into a contract with this company I would recommend using EXTREME caution and have a lawyer and an accountant go over it with you. DO NOT use any of the remodel services....I have the estimate for the updating that the designer recommend....$1,100 to replace a light fixture...just replacing it - I mean literally getting up on a 6 ft ladder, removing the 6 lb fixture and replacing it with a new $200 fixture. No rewiring....nothing complicated...takes maybe 2 hours tops (including a snack/coffee break)! That was just one item..from the $36,000 estimate. I had another non Zoom Casa contractor (fully licensed/bonded/insured with great references) come over for a "sanity check" estimate - using the exact same items that Zoom Casa recommend - and that contracto'a number was $27,000. When I asked the designer Tony Reda why the cost was so ridiculously high - he said that ZoomCasa has a markup on the services - around 30 percent - to cover Zoom Casa managing the contractors. I asked Tony then what is the fee that I'm paying cover...he didn't have an answer. I was also charged over $7,000 for home staging when I was told by tony that it would be $5,200...maybe he forgot about the mark up. My house was in Zoom Casa's hands for 225 days...which cost me $66,000 in fees alone. my house sold for $515,000 - zoom paid me 375,000 up front and then I got another 16,000 when they resold it. Zoom Casa bought my property on April 30, May was a month of Zoom Casa getting organized, June was the remodel month. My property then sat on the market with little activity...it's in the desert and it was July/Aug/Sept - all the while Zoom Casa was charging me over $5000 a month for carrying costs. Plus 5.49 percent as a base fee. That's a substantial amount of money for very little in return. DO NOT use this company without a lawyer and and full accounting of what the costs are...in $$$ not just a percentage number. Have everything disclosed...what the markups are...the name of the contractors (all I know is what Zoom Casa sent on their letterhead) etc. Ask yourself this question - would you trust someone who's charging you $1,100 to replace a light fixture??? Probably not. The optics of how this company operates are not good read more
