We called William to assess our roof damage and possibly stop the leaking. William responded almost immediately. He climbed up on the roof and found two areas that were problems. (The roof was still covered with ice and snow). He was able to clear the snow and ice and climbed into our attic and traced where exactly how water was getting into the house. Now, William has made several repairs to several damaged roof tiles, sealed and coated the entire area. After several heavy showers, the repair is holding and I feel confident in the repair. Thank you, William!

I noticed that Kevin Phillips Roofing responds quickly on Yelp, and had great reviews. Sure enough, after contacting him, he messaged me in about five minutes. He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. He is a nice guy, very professional, timely in his response and does not cost you an arm and a leg. I would hire him again in the future!

These things might seem trivial but when dealing with any kind of contractor today, these are rare traits. I will definitely call Kevin for any future roofing jobs.
