Said most policies do so I didn't ask for that specific one but it is my fault not theirs. Sent it to collections and now won't return my calls. Scammers at the highest level. Will never go back there and do not recommend anyone else to go. Find a trustworthy dentist to be into that isn't looking to cheat you out of money. Never had such a terrible experience before with a medical provider.

We then paid the additional balance after for unexpected expenses, an additional crown, that occurred during the procedure. This totaled over $3k. We were told we were paid in full. The office then sent us a letter 3 months later that we had an outstanding balance of over another $1k that would be sent to collections. We tried to call and clear this issue with the office and we were told this is a billing issue. They then went on to blame insurance, which was not accurate either as we have limited dental coverage and they calculated the expense as out of pocket from the beginning. They have since sent this to collections and made no effort to clear the situation with us. They are illegally trying to charge us for their mistake months later.

Hendersonville Dental Spa for Kidz is fun for the kids but also very relaxing for the parents. Pleasant waiting area, nice amenities, and best of all...you can go into the treatment room with your child if you desire. They cater to patients with dental anxiety so being able to stay with your child during treatment is a plus! They also do ortho which is great to be able to stay at one location instead of being referred out. Every child gets a balloon, goody bad, and a prize out of the treasure tower which makes it a fun experience.

This place is welcoming and the Dr really tries to get to know your family and talks to your child before even going to the dental chair. Does a great job of trying to build rapport with a child. Also provides great info to support your child's dental health. Then it was time for the cleaning. Needless to say ours cried and dad had to hold him, but Dr. Bryan was swift and it was done efficiently and quickly. He cleaned our child's teeth (despite the yelling and tears) and took care of any teeth issues! Our little one (once it the car) said Dr. Bryan was nice and it didn't hurt.
