This review is long overdue. By a year, in fact. And the delay has absolutely nothing to do…read morewith satisfaction... just spaciness. :) Rheana and her husband came to try and save my sanity, or what was left of it at the time. I can be, to be blunt, organizationally challenged. Too much work, years of sweeping things under the rug - both figuratively and literally, and my condo needed some order, in short order. I had a time limit due to company coming... and I was exhausted and stressed and worrying that I would have to turn the guest away. :) Rheana responded to my plea for help, squeezed me into her schedule even though my window of time was very limited, and worked tirelessly for a few hours. She made sense of things, and organized as she cleaned. Her husband cleaned my windows. They saved me. They let my guest coming from across the pond have a place to stay. She inspired me to make more sense of the stuff, and continue where she had left off due to time. I hadn't even realized how disorganized it was until it Rheana made it less so. (messy, scary, yes.. but well-organized is a different category). I'm looking at a home that makes more sense to me now. It was kick started by Gemini Cleaning. If (my) time had allowed, I would have had this level of peace a year ago, letting Rheana take charge of the whole place - closets of shame and all! Now I'm looking forward to having Rheana come back, to clean as a treat to myself, without her needing to right years of wrong :). Well, maybe just a little.

I have SO many good things to say about this business! So, the first thing to know about me is…read morethat I am cleaning impaired. I am organizationally challenged. In short, I am a slob. Over the years, because I am a cheap slob, I have tried out occasional "deep cleans" of my unit, rather than regular, monthly cleans. I do it before major holidays, having folks over, etc. I have had very good, nice cleaners come before and I am always really grateful. But never in all my years of hiring cleaners have I ever had such great, organized, efficient, cheerful cleaners before. Not only did Rheana and John clean the usual, tidy up surfaces, vacuum, mop, clean both bathrooms, etc., but they also cleaned out my oven and my fridge. I hadn't even seen the inside of my fridge before I was writing my glowing review in my head, and then I saw how beautifully cleaned and organized it was. I am super impressed and pleased. Thank you Gemini Cleaning! You are awesome.

Janaína and her husband did the most outstanding job of cleaning our house, I cannot put it into…read morewords. I was only really expecting them to clean the floors, the kitchen, etc. but they went above and beyond! They cleaned the inside and outside of the windows, deep cleaned the floors, the kitchen and the bathrooms. Our house has never been this clean since I've lived here! 1,000% would recommend again!

Hired them for a move out clean. Advocated everything I wanted done prior to booking to make sure…read moreit could be done. What I needed cleaned was 2 bathrooms, kitchen and to dust and mop 3 small bedrooms. 2nd bathroom was untouched, window sills weren't wiped down, the only thing cleaned in the kitchen was the counter tops, and floors (when I specifically asked before I hired them if they'd wipe down all cabinets and shelves). I texted Janaina that I was unhappy with the service which she responded very unprofessionally, calling my home "disgusting", quoting scripture mixed with nonsense and (in short) told me I'm the devil and I'm going to hell. Only giving her 2 starts because she refunded me most of my money but only after calling ME a scammer! Wasn't going to post a review but she kept sending such unnecessary and rude texts that I figured other potential customers should know who they'll be dealing with.
