When the guy shows up, he wants full cost of deep cleaning and I told him that's not what I told, he makes phone call and agrees to do for cost of regular cleaning. I asked what about the comment "we'll take care of you"? and said that discount is what they are doing to take care of me. at this point, i'm fed up w/ this non-sense and decide to go along. Most of the stains are still left on carpet and they claim that's best they can do. I guess you get what you paid for. I re-hired another company which costs me double but got the job done right.
