I had my first haircut somewhere else and unfortunately it didn't turn out right. When Jessica looked at my hair, she noticed a lot of random short layers throughout that didn't really make sense (which I didn't even realize at first because it wasn't super obvious). She took the time to fix my side bangs and blend everything properly, and my hair looks so much better now. She also did my partner's hair and really listened to the inspiration we showed her. Jessica doesn't rush her work at all she takes her time and really polishes everything toward the end so it looks just right. The lounge itself is clean, cozy, and has a really welcoming vibe. We were lucky to get an early appointment, but I can see why she gets booked quickly, so I definitely recommend scheduling ahead. Highly recommend Jessica. I finally feel comfortable trusting someone with my hair here in Fairfield!

I reached out to Jessica via text and she responded the next day, she asked what I was thinking of doing, asked for pictures of what my hair currently looked like, etc. I was able to send her pictures of what I wanted, she was able to give me an estimate of how much the service would be and was able to get me booked the same week. The salon was easy to find, parking was fairly easy, my appointment was on a Monday morning at 9. I thought it was going to be there for the majority of the day but to my surprise, everything was finished by 12pm. Jessica was super sweet, make sure I was comfortable, listened to what I wanted and executed exactly what I was wanting. Thanks Jessica!

I came across this salon on Yelp and decided to make an appointment. I was lucky enough to be contacted by Ana after leaving my number for any of the stylist to call me back. She's very sweet and she took her time with my hair which I appreciated. I instantly got compliments from family and friends. I'm glad I found someone in Fairfield I can go to from now on... I highly recommend her, or this salon, for your hair styling needs. For those curious about what precautions they took because of covid: the salon was very clean, they sanitized after finishing with a customer. The stylists wore masks at all times and customers were expected to wear masks as well. If you didn't have a mask, they had extras. They wiped down and sprayed their station with Lysol, and customers and stylists were evenly spread apart.

I have always had a dedicated stylist (I'm incredibly picky about who does my hair), but unfortunately she was back in Seattle. I was getting antsy and irritated with my heavy and boring hair. I was feeling bold and daring and I knew that if I didn't act on this feeling right away, that I would chicken out and not go as short and as light as I was wanting to go at this very moment. Lucky for me, Judy had an opening (she was the only one available) and the appointment was set, so there was no backing out now! Judy was incredibly sweet, but honestly, I was a little worried about how everything would come out since I didn't do much research on this salon or stylist ahead of time. But Judy definitely delivered! She gave me exactly the cut that I wanted. The balayage I feel, came out a tad blonder than I had wanted, but it's starting to grow on me (I think it is more so me getting used to how light it is, cause I've never had my hair this light). But the balayage job itself was done great. I would highly recommend this salon. Everyone is very friendly and the customer service is definitely on point. They also offer you champagne or wine while you're getting your hair done! The building is very spacious and well decorated, and I love that it used to be a bank, so they have these amazingly cool vault doors inside. Definitely come and see Judy, but if she's all booked, I have no doubt that the other stylists are wonderful as well. I got to watch the stylist next to me turn her customer's hair into the mermaid colors, the end result was gorgeous! Prices are very reasonable as well (I'm sure they vary depending on stylist). For my cut and balayage, it set me back $160, which is not bad at all. Judy worked hard and did not rush. She started on me around 145pm and I didn't leave till 545pm. I have very thick hair, and A TON of it, so she definitely worked hard to cut, color, and style all of it.

I literally made a Yelp account for the first time ever to just leave this review. Absolutely…read moreterrible experience that I still think about years later. First, this wasn't my first time here. I'd been before and have extremely curly hair, I booked an appointment with Jordan and she cut it in a way I'd only dreamed of having it cut. However, when I went back for the second time, it was the worst customer service I've ever received anywhere. I booked the service online (haircut only) and came all the way from Sacramento. I arrived on time and Jordan was finishing up with a client. She never greeting or acknowledged me (which I thought was weird), but w/e. Then the last client was taking 15 minutes over, and never once did Jordan make a remark acknowledging it, apologizing or still greeting me. The only reason I knew she even knew for sure I was her client was because I was sitting at a waiting bench directly near her section, and she clearly called on me next after finally finishing the first girl. I finally get in the chair and think it's weird, but again, I loved the cut the first time and was excited. We move on. The entire time Jordan had the most negative energy I've ever experienced with anyone. She was in a bad mood. Apparently there had been an outage on the entire block that had the power go out the week before or something? And all she did was complain about the cost of everything it was going to take to repair and replace her washer and dryers for the studio. Yes, it's a super unfortunate circumstance, but when I tell you none of this was a business-level appropriate complaint about a bad time kinda thing, trust me. I mean it was a "if this is my problem, it's now EVERYONE's problem" kinda energy. Like, girl what? lol She just kept going off... everything was everyone else's fault about this. Tbh- I'm not much of a talker at appointments, so I get hair stylists needing to chat with the room about things, but this energy was diff. Long story short, the appointment I booked was at a rate that was set very clearly online. When we finished, she charged me $50 more than the pricing online. My hair is not extra long, its curly but not matted, not difficult, none of that. Nor was there any explanation given to her from the jump in price. Tbh- I paid it. I knew I was never coming back after that. The entire time she complained about how much everything was costing her and I knew in my gut she was taking it out on clients to pay for it extra even though the agreement online was completely different. On top of her being late and not greeting me, I knew this was something I'd want to tell others about. ---- Main Point, TDLR: The reason I gave it was a 2-star is only because the haircut was good. If you want a good haircut, sure, maybe. But if you want to support good people in your community. Don't go here. There's too many other talented stylists out there to support economically. And if you do.... make sure you are 100% clear up front with Jordan about how much you'll be paying beforehand. Best of luck.

You have a nice water view with the yachts, a clean and nice ambiance salon and even have coffee/tea station. I came to see Leslie who was recommended by my friend and she did not dissapoint me. Switching hairstylist is a hard decision especially if you've been going to the same person for years and have a very good pricing with wonderful results. I used to pay half of the price I paid here and spent like 6hours for my old stylist to do my hair both color and cut, (which is a trip).. I dont know what the differences are in terms of products and process but I love how Leslie did my hair for a lil bit over than 3 hours. With that in mind, my time and money were worth it. Leslie is friendly, considerate, and a good listener. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She speaks to you and explains every single thing she would do and what it suppose to do to your hair.
