Grossly overprised, as I found out when visiting other stores in the area after having bought quite a lot in this one. Went back the next day to return one of the items, but ended up waiting outside for ages after it says on the door that they're supposed to open. A woman finally arrived, but she acted like she had all the time in the world, not like she was late for work. She completely ignored me standing there and went inside, locked the door and stuck up a "be right back" note. When she finally opened and I tried to enter I almost crashed into her as she was on her way out with a flower pot. I laughed a little bit and tried to make contact, but she just went on with her business as if I wasn't there. I found that odd and waited outside a while longer, thinking this really doesn't seem to be a serious business and I probably won't get anywhere with my request, but by then I had waited so long that I might as well try. When I attempted to enter again, believe it or not, I almost crashed into her a second time! More flowers, more ignoring me. The third time, I finally succeeded to enter, but even then I had to almost get in her face to get any attention. It seemed like she wasn't interested in serving customers. My smiling face and "hi there" seemed to be a nuisance. When I asked to return the item, she didn't seem to understand the concept. Of course she wasn't going to let me do that. No apologies or even pretending to be sorry she couldn't do it, just a "no, we don't do that" with a breath of "don't bother me" around her. I gotta admit, at this point, I got annoyed. She could at least have acted like most store owners who value their customers do, and decline in a polite way. Maybe even smile? I tried to argue with her a bit as I had actually spent quite a lot of money there, but she didn't care whatsoever, she was absolutely not interested in meeting me half way in any way, shape or form. If you see something you like in this store, my advise is to check nearby stores first. They are likely to have what you want, but a lot cheaper. If you still want to spend money in this one, I can only hope you will get served by the woman who served me when I actually bought the stuff. She was quite nice, so at least they're not all unfriendly. read more
