The best thing on the menu is the beer and wine selection. After waiting over an hour for our food (on a Wednesday), the MANAGER brought the food to the table. One of the dishes was completely charred to the point of being inedible. Our server Rachel was phenomenal and overly apologetic for the over cooked meal. Even after the manager was told that the dish was charred and over cooked to the point of being much, she had to be asked by our server to take the dish off of the tab. Upon leaving, I attempted to speak to the manager (short haired blonde woman w/ glasses) about the issues with our dinner, she immediately became defensive and cut me off stating we didn't want to speak to her and she was too busy to come to our table anyway. While trying to explain we had waited over an hour for our dinner, she logged into our tab to correct me, she stated we had actually waited an hour and twenty four minutes. She tried to claim she had taken a "couple of meals off the tab". She removed the charred meal and an order of garlic bread that never arrived! Having lived in Lincoln for sixteen years, this is the first time I have had such poor food and service from a manager that has resulted in my taking the time to write a public review. If I could give a zero, I would. Save yourself the disappointment and walk across the parking lot to Pizza Express. read more
