I was paying for the highest level membership they offer, and most of the time, the attendant would be too busy on their phone to actually use the spray nozzle pre-rinse on the car. The vacuums at this location are consistently terrible. They are suppose to be free with a car wash but they are always full with non-paying customers. I asked nicely if they power can be turned up or if they need to be maintenances and showed the young employee their was no suction power and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. read more

Two months later, they started charging us. They have stole $405.00 from us. I am very dissappointed with myself for not catching this sooner. Trash car wash car came out worse than before i ran it thru most people wont have this problem cause 98% of cars have blackwalls but i run whitewalls on my cadillac and they were perfectly white before it went in and all scuffed up when she came out see pic also wanted to pay for the $20 monthly wash but automatically bumps you up to the $35 wash for first month then you have to go in and tell them to downgrade back down to $20 and also depending on how long the line is depends on how fast they push you thru giving you a rush job and not all the way dry read more

I purchased the unlimited car washes and am billed monthly. Each time I go now something is not working. For the last month the wash does not get all the soap off the car requiring me to wipe the car down. Today the tire shine was not working along with a row of vacuums. I think the wash is poorly maintained. read more

The last 3 times I visited this car wash, it was a terrible experience. One time I paid for tire shine and it didn't happen so after I went through I asked the attendant what happened and he said it must be out so he handed me a spray bottle and told me I could apply it myself. The time before last I pulled up to the vacuum, unloaded my car, grabbed the vacuum hose and nothing happened. I asked the attendant what was wrong and he said all the vacuums at the front were closed, but nobody told me that when I went through; they weren't wrapped off. I said I had removed all the items from my car and he shrugged his shoulders, leaned on the building, and looked at his phone (I was thinking he might come over and help me move everything, but no chance of that)! The last time I went was after the snow and they were very busy, but yet over half of the vacuums weren't working. People were waiting in line for them, and when I complained they said I could come back another day! WELL, needless to say, I won't EVER be going back there again! With all of the car washes coming to town, you would think they would try harder, but that certainly is NOT happening! And, to top it off, they recently raised prices!! read more

Doesn't even deserve a star, car mat vacuum machine damaged drivers side mat by getting stuck in the machine, this is a brand new car and Zips refuses to pay for the damages, communications from them is pretty minimal, won't give me district manager's contact info so I can speak to him or her. Emailed someone in corporate who apologized for the issue and said she'll have it replaced, gave her the price of it from dealership and even found a set cheaper and that's the last I heard from her. Canceled my membership, even filed a Better Business report. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Had go give it at least one star, and that's way too generous. read more

Zips uses deceptive sales techniques. I purchased a "special" $15 car wash when the salesperson told me I could get a whole month of car washes for the same price. I paid by credit card not being told that I would be automatically be billed $40 per month after the first month. read more

Pretty lame. Took my outback to it and paid for $13 wash job. Nothing mentioned about undercarriage wash. When i was finished, had soap left on mirrors and entire back panel. Saw the attendant who said they could do nothing as my vehicle has a (very, very small) deflector on the rear. Offered me a towel. Really? The tire shine was only on 1/2 the tire. No offer to run me through again. Do not think i will ever go back, maybe hit the quarter car wash for better results for less. I can compare results to a chain called delta sonic in NY. They do a phenomenal job including hand dry at the end at similar cost. read more

The only Zips I'll take my 5series to. Excellent service and they do a great job because they don't cut corners. Both the young guys (one with a beard and one without) both take time to actually do the Bug Prep and Power-wash and even know not to use tire shine on my car without even asking. These guys are the reason I keep my monthly subscription and couldn't brag enough on them. read more

Our whole family has been using this car wash for a few years. We have brand new vehicles and I've never had a scratch. They take time to do a prewash and they are very friendly. The only thing I can say that's negative would be that a few of their vacuums are broken. It's not that they don't have suction, it's that the nozzles fall off. read more

Don't even bother, I'm sure you saw the car with the broken windows or even the car with the detached bumper from another location. Came into town for the weekend (from NC, in the Military and came home to see family after deployment on Veterans Day) and had some light mud/dirt on doors, rear gate hatch on a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. Long story short, the car wash attendants were super helpful. Their puppet of a manager, Calin, over the area car wash was a complete noodle. Finally their district manager Orlando tried to tell me that we were at fault because WE had dirt on our vehicle that caused the machine to scratch the entire clear coat and cause roof gaskets to fall out. Then tried to say that there was no way to prove the scratches weren't already there under the dirt that their car wash pushed into our vehicle. Isn't the point of a car wash to clean your vehicle? Not spread around pre existing dirt to cause scratches on your vehicle.. Am I missing something? That's okay, this business does not support you, your nations Military, or anyone but themselves.
