We came into the car wash with our new car which has a brake hold or auto braking feature. Upon entering the tunnel we could not get it to turn off. The attendant knocked on our window and showed us the sign asking us to put the vehicle in neutral, which we already had. We explained that we could not get the brake to turn off and asked frantically if he could turn the machine off because it was LITERALLY LIFTING OUR CAR UP AND DROPPING IT BACK DOWN AND HE SAID NO! I swear to yall I was baffled. The worker was so incompetent. Ive never been so mad at someone who was supposed to help me and wouldn't because he couldn't read the situation or use critical thinking skills. This is one of the BEST car washes yet that I have experienced. Got the fast pass, which I highly recommend to get. Unlimited washes at any 3 minute car wash for $40. It pays for itself. The vacuums are very strong powered with the little "get into crevices" attatchment. Highly recommended!! read more

There's one guy with dark hair glasses & a beard that doesn't direct you in properly & if you pay extra for the shine station they dint dry off the water line they used to & he gets you way to close to the car in front of you & doesn't spray the stuff on there very good. (This place is now called Pure Magic I believe) Got my car washed with the basic wash today. While using the free vacuums, I noticed that half of the outside of my car was still dirty. I went into the customer service part of the building and spoke with the manager (not sure what his name was but he was probably in his 40s and was balding lol). He came out and looked at my car and said that the dirt was actually tree sap. He suggested I go to the 'bug station' and use the sponges to clean it off. I thanked him and was about to leave and he said "if you're interested in doing that, I'll run it back through after you're done". Needless to say, I cleaned it and then he ran it back through the car wash again. Tree sap gone! He went above and beyond for an issue that wasn't his fault. Happy -repeat- customer! You pay $23 for a car wash and it pushes you Thru so fast it doesn't get all the soap off. Not to mention it scratched my truck. Only car wash I've ever used since I bought my truck new. I'm never going back after today. Not worth it. You would think for $23 it would actually clean your car or truck. Smh. Not to mention all the scratches. I'm pissed. What a rip off. read more

Worst Customer Service...EVER! Let me start by saying I was a semi-regular customer here, I'd come in once or twice a month, as I drive by it frequently. Other places give a cleaner car, but this place has fast washes and a new tunnel going for it, nice when you decide for an impulse wash. The staff would always push the mirrors in on my truck as I pulled in to prevent damage. This is great, however it leaves the mirrors unwashed. In the past I would pull around and someone would wipe the glass on the mirrors so they would at least be cleaner than they were before the wash. During today's routine wash, I pull around and ask for the usual mirror wipe and the supervisor tells me, "I'm sorry sir, but we don't do that, you can speak with the manager if you like." So out comes the manager and he tells me the same thing, "I'm sorry but we don't wipe mirror glass." I thought car washes were supposed to get your car clean, not to send you off with dirty glass on the mirrors. I hope the wear and tear you saved on the towel is worth losing a customer over. read more
