Very happy with this business. Very pleasant to work with…read more They are professional yet friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint would be the year it took longer to complete my taxes. During the pandemic when they had a huge increase in people getting their taxes done. I dropped off my paperwork in February and called and stopped in to see when it would be completed the closer it got to tax day. A very rude younger man would not give me any answers. He caused me so much anxiety. He just refused to give me a completion date or tell me why it was taking so long. I eventually was called the day before tax day. I decided to give them another chance. I've been happy with the service once again. If I see this person sitting off to the right in front I just avoid him. The rest of the staff is wonderful including the owner. He always acknowledges you when you enter the office.
