We tried to get a hold of Kaden Marble over and over and over again and left messages and texted him to no avail. And the feedback we got was I have to see what is going on. WE have also called in and all they say is we dont and wont tell you why we are closing it down and I made a statement well maybe Ill close all of them down and they just said that is your decision. They are so grateful for everything that we pay out to them every month apparently that they just dont care. WE are switching banks and will end up closing every one of our accounts down. Macu's atm doesn't take cash half of the time, and it's completely shut off for another worryingly…read morelong portion. For a machine that's supposed to provide me the ability to deposit cash around the clock it has let me down so many times. The ATM has stole my card, kept my cash, and prevented me from depositing tips which is a large portion of my income. I have been dealing with this issue for longer than a year now and I am tired of being so inconvenienced by a machine that is supposed to be there when I need it. By the way, I had to pay a five dollar fee to get a new card after THEIR atm swallowed mine.

Then 4 months after having the card with a 5K limit they approved 15K, 8 months later when I got my 2nd car loan ($50K) they also approved my increase to 25K on the Platinum Card. I've been going to this branch for several years now and I've always found the staff to be pleasant…read moreand helpful. Overall, year after year, the bank tellers always seem so young to me (perhaps that's because I'm getting up there in years and almost everyone seems young to me these days), and the attrition rate amongst the tellers is such that it's not the kind of place where you are greeted by name, but they always welcome you with a friendly "Hello" and are receptive and pleased to help with all your banking requests. About the facility, whenever I walk into the place I notice it has creaky floors, which somehow makes the branch feel less corporate--more like walking into your grandma's old living room. The branch does not use deposit slips for walk-in transactions, which cuts down on paperwork, so that's a plus. Also, the safe deposit boxes are reasonably priced, and easily accessible by their owners. The only criticism I could level, and it's more of a pet peeve that anything, has to do with rolled coins. If I take rolled coins into any bank for deposit, it always bugs me when the tellers say that they will count the coins after I leave and debit my account if there are any shortages in my coin rolls--I guess the presumption is that bank customers cannot count accurately, but I always think, "what if THEY count wrong?" The customer wouldn't be there to refute it. Whoa, Nelly!!! I'm getting a little sidetracked--told you, it's an OCD pet peeve thing. Anyway, as far as medium-to-large banks go, this WaFed branch is friendly and worthy of your business.
